Uglydoll is the first card game for the Uglydolls. It is a fast game that young children can play. Players take turns flipping over cards, looking for three matching cards. When that happens, it’s a free-for-all to grab as many of those same cards as possible. While I think it’s a fun game for kids, older children may enjoy this as well. My 15 year old nephew had a lot of fun with Uglydolls.

There is practically nothing to this game, and yet it’s a great deal of fun! It’s small and convenient to store or take with you on a trip. The game is quite fast so you can play it even if you don’t have a lot of time. Game play offers competition without much strategy, so people of all ages can have a blast playing together for a few minutes. Plus, the cards are quite durable and can take a lot of abuse. This game is a perfect example of why less is sometimes more.

More active and fun than your standard matching game, but encourages similar paying attention to be the first to spot 3 matching ugly dolls as the cards are progressively turned face side up. One of the easier and faster card games, and yet really fun. A great value and very portable for travel.

Aside from being just a fun game to play with kids the ugly doll characters make this simple game of matching really engaging for everyone! My son is an active kid – so getting him to actually sit down and play any kind of game to the end is not always an easy task. However, the short (and funny) descriptions of the characters immediately had him interested in collecting his favorites (part of the game, actually) and then counting his collection at the end (he usually wins). He liked it so much that we bought his grandpa the game for his birthday so they could play it at his house too.

A friend introduced us to this card game; and the next day we ordered two sets. It’s a great game for family and friends to play; demands constant attention, and creates lots of laughs. We enjoy this game every time we play; and the fan base is growing!

Fun for all ages. It was a hit with our family. Can be played by all ages. Lots of fun and laughs. Warning for adults: take off rings and jewelry. Can get rather physical!
